  I am trying to explain something to a pioneer sister. But i need a "to all pioneers in the united states" letter. I mean they send them out all the time and i am sure someone here has one or two they can share!

  i thought it might be nice to see some positive things mentioned about jw's.

  now, i know mentioning these things may be hard given the experiences here, but i've yet to find a group of people who don't have something positive about them.

  if there weren't something positive, no one would ever join.

  I agree that there are imperfect people since that is what we are. Nevertheless, the Jehovah's witnesses at least try to make an effort to uphold morals and principles. I guess an effort is worth some commendation. Though i also know others (individuals) that are "in the World" that strive to do the right thing. I would say that the majority of jdubs are nice caring and strong in their convictions (a positive quality).

  i just read blondies wt review and it made me angry.

  how can the society continue to place more importance on pioneering than getting an education or getting a good job?

  why do these men insist on making young ones (and even older members) feel bad for wanting to have a secure future, what the hell is wrong with not wanting to live in a tent?

  I just wanted to throw in the other side. I am still a witness and i took advantage of what they said to make the most of my mandatory education and I did. Always got 4.0 in High school. I opted for a charter high school that would allow more time for field service and custom curriculum. As a result I was able to get a $18/hr starting wage right out of HS. Working in marketing and advertising. I have moved up in the company and now make $21.50/hr and work part time. This way I can Pioneer. And live on my own. I believe that I made the right choice for me but of course not everyone has the same opportunities. The only reason that I am hear is that I have a hard time with homosexual attraction and i have a few friends here that are helping me. But I do believe that this is the TRUTH. PS. please don't comment, trying to get me to believe otherwise OK. I am a very strong person. Don't waste your time. Please be up building.

  Yeah, I tried searching all over the internet. i Figured that with SO many Pioneers past and present theres got to be at least ONE out there but i cant seem to find them.

  Hi I was wondering if anyone had any scans of Pioneer Letters. You know those ones they send out when you first become a Reg. Pio. Or the ones they send out annually? Does anyone have any? or know where I can get a few? I would prefer a scan rather than excerpts.
